Milk aka cow juice is the first nourishment a newborn 🐮 calf gets and kick-starts its growth, milk is loaded with 🐂🐄 nutrients, saturated fats, beneficial bacteria, 🍦 essential fatty acids, proteins and carbs. It’s very insulin promoting and this is due to the fact that it’s growth promoting.
In this sense, someone trying to gain weight and NOT having autoimmune, 🐽 inflammatory illnesses, acne, lactose intolerance, hormonal 😤😄😔 imbalances, obesity and/or insulin sensitivity related issues could benefit from dairy 🍼 in their 👍💪😁 weight/muscle gain program.
But, those requirements above cuts out over half the human population. We are plagued by those health problems. Lactose is not well tolerated by anyone. Every human being is allergic to 🍧🍦🍡🍧 dairy to some degree even if minimal. Even if it’s unnoticeable, removing lactose from the diet can make a good difference. The pancreas produces a lot of lactase, the enzyme that digest dairy up until the age of two but then we continue to produce little to none as we age. (I find it personally weird that ppl will readily give an infant milk 👶 🍼 from a 🐮 bovines nipple but not their own 🙈boob. At least you know where it came from?
