I love Asian ๐Ÿœ food (preferably Thai or Vietnamese) and Srirachi completes me. Kung Pao ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“ Chicken isn’t one of my favorite Chinese cheats (Im more of an Egg Foo Young or Crab Rangoon cheater myself) but hey… My warriors asked for it so I worked my #paleodiet magic and converted ๐Ÿ‰ Kung Pao Chicken into an awesome #paleo eat!

Crustacean Cauliflower Cups
Makes 2 bowls/cups
Serving Size: 2 bowls/cups
Macros: 2 bowls/cups 400 cals
Carbs 18g Fat 20g Protein 40g

2.5 oz of jumbo peeled/deveined shrimp
2.5 oz of diced chicken breast ๐Ÿ“
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup prepared cauliflower rice๐Ÿš
1/3 cup diced red bellpepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/8 cup raw cashews
1/2 tablespoon of cashew butter
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons coconut aminos

1โƒฃ Heat Wok (or large pan) to medium high heat and add one table spoon of sesame oil. Quickly add cashews to the hot oil then add the diced vegetables (onions, bellpepper, garlic).

2โƒฃ Cook vegetables until soft and translucent. Add proteins (chicken and shrimp) to the wok, stir and allow to cook throughly.

3โƒฃStir in cashew butter and red pepper flakes. 4โƒฃ Lower heat and add one tablespoon of coconut aminos.

5โƒฃ Remove wok from heat and plate StirFry abed balls of prepared warm cauliflower rice. 6โƒฃ Coat with one tablespoon of coconut aminos as you would soy sauce and enjoy!
